Returns

Because many of our products are handcrafted and made to order, we are unable to accept returns on:

• Custom embossed products
• Personalized items
• Custom-sized products

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with craftsmanship, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

For non-custom items, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
